Transcript Requests can be made directly to your alma mater (North and South High School graduates from the class of 1993 - present are encouraged to request transcripts through  http://www.parchment.com).  All transcript requests must have a written release on file with signature.  Please include the following information in your request:

• Name
• Maiden Name (if applicable)
• Date of Birth
• Year of Graduation or if you did not graduate, dates of attendance
• Signature
• Address to where transcript should be sent
• Include $5.00 check or money order for processing & postage
